Sometime when you access the DNN website and you mught encounter the error
“Your Hosting Provider Has Disabled the Site Log History Feature For Your Portal.”
The “Hosting Provider” here is not refer to Webhost4life or any other hosting companies. It is the person with “Host” access.
You can change the site log setting according to follow:
1. Login with Host account
2. Host–>Host Setting –> Advanced Settings –> Other Settings –> set Site Log History (Days): 7
3. Admin -> Under Host Settings/Advanced/Other -> Site Log History (Days): 7

Hi, or you can delete the event logs directly in the Quary Analyser, you can connect to the Database and run the quary analyser
